Ever sense I have been trying to burn off the extra fat by pedaling up steep hills, (walking is a much better exercise for aerobics) but I never could lose more than 20 lbs before going back up. I just got more hungry. I kept fueling my exercise with stimulants like sugar, caffeine, and salt (the most deadly of all).

Well eventually I developed high blood pressure (most dangerous)and diabetes. The glorified pharmacist’s called doctors never bothered to explain that obesity and high blood pressure are prodromals of heart disease (clogged arteries lead to heart attacks, or how!)
And when I was tested for diabetes two and a half years ago they never told me that I would probably be diabetic soon. So on June 3rd I had a heart attack that I could not ignore, it felt like stomach and gas pains so it took a while to realize that I had to go to the ER. Well two weeks in the hospital eating cafeteria food shrank my stomach enough to make it easy to lose weight when they let me go the day after a stint was put in to one of my arteries.
I have been burning fat like crazy now that I have more blood going into my heart and the fact that I am just not hungry because of the smaller stomach. 30lbs in 6 weeks without starving! I will be skinny in just a few months if I keep reminding myself that it’s is a matter of life and death. And maybe stay away from the grocery stores that have anything you could possibly want to eat.
If insurance corporations were forced to pay for disease prevention education and weight loss clinics, hospitals (owned by the insurance mafia) would probably go out of business, so they fight the government’s attempts to make national health care! My own heart attack cost close to $100 thousand dollars. $58 thousand at just one of the hospitals I was in.

If your Obese, you do not need to eat FAT! 2 tbsp fresh ground flax seed daily has enough fat!
High fiber foods like celery, Brussels sprouts, leeks, and muesli are the foods that keep me full and help me loose weight.
